We, the students of Class 12, Humanities and Business Studies of your prestigious college, beg to draw your kind attention to the fact that an educational study tour is an indispensable part of comprehensive academic learning. It relieves monotonous classroom exhaustion and broadens historical and cultural perspectives through direct observation.
This year, our class has decided to visit the archaeological relics of Paharpur Somapura Mahavihara and Mahasthangarh in Bogura under the guidance of our History and Geography professors. A party of sixty students is ready to participate, and we have gathered personal contributions for transit. However, we require institutional clearance and a modest subsidy from the college tour fund.
We, therefore, ardently pray and hope that you would kindly grant us permission to organize the tour and sanction a suitable financial grant from the college fund.
