I beg most respectfully to state that I am a regular student of Class 9, Section B, of your school. I could not attend school from the 10th to the 14th of March 2025 due to high viral fever and severe headache.
The doctor strictly advised me complete bed rest for five days. I have now recovered from my illness and resumed my classes today. A medical certificate from our local registered physician is attached herewith for your kind consideration.
I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me a leave of absence for those five days only, and oblige thereby.
