Sir,
With due respect and humble submission, I beg to state that I am a regular student of Class 11, Science Group in your esteemed institution. My father is an ordinary petty shopkeeper and the sole breadwinner of our seven-member family. Recently, our family has fallen into acute financial distress due to my father's severe prolonged illness and medical expenses. Under these difficult circumstances, it has become completely impossible for him to bear my monthly college tuition fees and examination expenses.
I would like to mention that I have maintained a consistent first-division academic record and secured GPA 5.00 in my SSC examination. I have an earnest desire to continue my studies diligently.
I, therefore, fervently pray and hope that your honor would be kind and sympathetic enough to grant me a monthly stipend from the College Students Welfare/Poor Fund to enable me to continue my education smoothly.

সবিনয় নিবেদন এই যে, আমি আপনার স্বনামধন্য প্রতিষ্ঠানের একাদশ শ্রেণির বিজ্ঞান বিভাগের একজন নিয়মিত শিক্ষার্থী। আমার বাবা একজন সাধারণ খুচরা ব্যবসায়ী এবং সাত সদস্যের আমাদের পরিবারের একমাত্র উপার্জনক্ষম ব্যক্তি। সম্প্রতি বাবার দীর্ঘস্থায়ী অসুস্থতা এবং চিকিৎসার ব্যয়ের কারণে আমাদের পরিবার চরম আর্থিক সংকটের সম্মুখীন হয়েছে। এই কঠিন পরিস্থিতিতে আমার মাসিক কলেজ বেতন এবং পরীক্ষার খরচ বহন করা তাঁর পক্ষে সম্পূর্ণ অসম্ভব হয়ে পড়েছে।
আমি উল্লেখ করতে চাই যে, আমি আমার শিক্ষাজীবনে ধারাবাহিকভাবে প্রথম বিভাগ বজায় রেখেছি এবং মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষায় জিপিএ ৫.০০ অর্জন করেছি। আমার পড়াশোনা চালিয়ে যাওয়ার প্রবল ইচ্ছা রয়েছে।
অতএব, মহোদয়ের নিকট আকুল প্রার্থনা, আমার পড়াশোনা যেন নির্বিঘ্নে চালিয়ে যেতে পারি, সেজন্য আমাকে কলেজ ছাত্রকল্যাণ বা দরিদ্র তহবিল থেকে মাসিক বৃত্তি প্রদানের সদয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করলে আমি আপনার নিকট চিরকৃতজ্ঞ থাকব।
