Sir,
We, the students of your renowned institution, beg to draw your kind attention to a pressing health concern affecting the student body. Pure drinking water is the fundamental prerequisite of sound physical health; however, our college campus currently lacks an adequate and hygienic supply of safe drinking water.
The existing two tap points on the ground floor supply untreated municipal water that frequently appears turbid and emits a foul odor. As over three thousand students attend classes throughout the day, many are forced to drink this unsafe water or purchase expensive single-use bottled water from outside vendors. Several students have recently fallen victim to water-borne diseases such as jaundice and typhoid.
We, therefore, earnestly pray and hope that your honor would be considerate enough to install two industrial-grade Reverse Osmosis (RO) drinking water purifiers with cooling facilities on the second and fourth floors to safeguard the health of students and staff alike.
