Sir,
We, the students of your school, beg to state that we are living in the age of global information technology. In modern education, theoretical textbook knowledge remains incomplete without hands-on practical digital literacy and programming skills. A large number of meritorious students in our school are keenly interested in learning software programming, digital graphics, and internet research to prepare for future national and international IT olympiads.
Unfortunately, there is no organized computer club in our school to nurture these technical talents systematically after scheduled class hours.
We, therefore, earnestly pray that your honor would graciously accord necessary permission and allocate computers in our existing laboratory to establish a Computer Club under the supervision of our ICT teacher.

দুঃখের বিষয় এই যে, বিদ্যালয়ের নির্ধারিত ক্লাস সময়ের পর এই প্রযুক্তিগত মেধাগুলোকে সুশৃঙ্খলভাবে বিকশিত করার জন্য আমাদের বিদ্যালয়ে কোনো কম্পিউটার ক্লাব নেই।
অতএব, মহোদয়ের নিকট আমাদের আকুল আবেদন, আপনি সদয় হয়ে আমাদের বিদ্যালয়ের তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি শিক্ষকের তত্ত্বাবধানে একটি কম্পিউটার ক্লাব প্রতিষ্ঠার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় অনুমতি প্রদান করবেন এবং বিদ্যমান গবেষণাগারে কম্পিউটার ব্যবহারের সুযোগ করে দেবেন।
