Subject: Prayer for the issuance of a Transfer Certificate (TC).
Sir,
I beg most respectfully to state that I am a student of Class IX in your renowned school. My father, who is a senior gazetted officer of the Bangladesh Postal Department, has recently been officially transferred from Bogura to the regional headquarters in Chattogram.
Our entire family will be relocating permanently to Chattogram by the end of this month. Under these unavoidable circumstances, it is impossible for me to continue my schooling in Bogura without family guardianship. I have already cleared all my pending school tuition dues, examination fees, and returned all borrowed books to the school library. A clearance certificate from the accounts section is enclosed herewith.
I, therefore, fervently pray and hope that you would kindly issue me a Transfer Certificate along with my academic transcript at your earliest convenience, so that I may seek timely admission into a school in Chattogram.
