Subject: Prayer for permission and financial grant to organize the Annual Science & Innovation Fair.
Sir,
We, the students of Class IX and X of your prestigious school, beg to state that science education remains incomplete without practical experimentation, creative inquiry, and invention. An Annual Science Fair provides an ideal platform for young learners to showcase their ingenuity through working models of renewable energy, automated irrigation, waste management, and robotics.
Our students have conceived numerous innovative projects under the mentorship of our science teachers. Hosting a two-day exhibition in the school auditorium will stimulate scientific curiosity across all grades and prepare our students to represent the school in regional and national science olympiads.
May we, therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly grant us permission to organize the Science Fair on 28th and 29th March and sanction an adequate fund from the school cultural account for this noble endeavor.
