Sir,
We, the students of your historic college, have the honor to state that the college library is widely regarded as the intellectual heart and soul of an academic institution. However, the existing facilities in our college library are utterly inadequate to meet the surging demands of our expanding student body.
Firstly, the current seating capacity accommodates barely fifty readers at a time, forcing hundreds of earnest learners to return empty-handed every afternoon. Secondly, the library lacks updated reference books for the revised national curriculum, international encyclopedias, and current peer-reviewed research journals. Furthermore, there is no high-speed internet terminal for students to access digital research databases and e-books.
We, therefore, fervently pray and hope that your honor would be gracious enough to expand the reading hall capacity, procure modern reference volumes, and install high-speed Wi-Fi workstations to transform our library into an ideal haven of scholarly research.
