My dearest Father,
My humble salam and respect to you. I hope you are keeping well in Dubai. I am writing this urgent letter to apprise you of Mother’s health condition so that you remain informed and reassured.
Two days ago, Mother suddenly developed a high temperature and severe abdominal cramps. I immediately escorted her to Square Hospital, where she was examined by a senior specialist. The physician diagnosed it as acute viral gastroenteritis with mild dehydration. He prescribed antibiotics, rehydration saline, and advised absolute bed rest.
I am pleased to inform you that Mother is responding splendidly to treatment. Her fever has completely broken, and she is feeling much stronger today. Uncle and our neighbors are providing constant support, so please do not worry excessively. I am taking wholehearted care of her.
